Kredsløb A/S (hereafter referred to as Kredsløb, Supplier or Contracting Authority) wishes to enter into a non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of temporary agency work with 1 supplier (hereafter referred to as Supplier or Tenderer) to Kredsløb. Kredsløb is not obliged to use the tendered framework agreement in connection with the procurement of temporary agency work.
