France – Core preparation and analysis services – Accord cadre pour la recherche d'amiante et d'hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques (H.A.P) dans les enrobés bitumineux sur la Direction Régionale Pyrénées Landes 2026 - 2027

Carrying out RAT and HAP surveys before work in road surfacing on the Territory of the Regional Directorate Pyrénées Landes ENEDIS (departments 40, 64, 65): • Asbestos survey before work (RAT) on roads, • Survey of products likely to contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) on roads. The deliverables to be provided by the Contractor are as follows: • Analysis of available documents relating to the work/materials concerned, • Determination of homogeneous zones (or ZPSO – Zones with similar structures), • Carrying out coring for laboratory analysis, • Analyses of samples taken by a Cofrac-accredited laboratory, • Drafting of asbestos and PAH survey reports before work, stating the presence or absence of asbestos and PAH in the various zones concerned. The RATs are carried out in accordance with the asbestos regulations in force at the time the services are provided.
