The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar services and renewals). The estimated amounts are indicative and include the totality of the renewal periods. This framework agreement is a maintenance and operation contract without fuel supply. The fuel supply necessary for the implementation of the contractual clauses is the responsibility of the Commune de Mauguio-Carnon, which entrusts the use and management to the contractor for the fulfilment of its contractual obligations. The contract concerns preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and sanitary monitoring services, the details of which are defined in the CCTP. The services of operation, monitoring, routine maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and domestic hot water production installations are the subject of a lump-sum settlement (type PF contract) defined for each of the installations under contract P2.
