The municipality of Grödig intends to dispose of a property to a developer. The developer will build an affordable housing project on the property, consisting of approximately 40-50 affordable/subsidised leasehold apartments. The land is owned by the Land-Invest Salzburger Baulandsicherungsgesellschaft mbH, which will sell it as a trustee. The property covers approximately 4,000 square meters. The winning bidder commits to organising the construction of 40-50 subsidised leasehold apartments within the agreed timeframe, with a mix of different apartment sizes (approximately 50% three-room apartments and 50% four-room apartments) (developer model).
