Belgium – Data security software package – Managed Security Operations Center for Cybersecurity incident & response diensten

BAC wishes to conclude a new agreement with a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) for the design, implementation and operational management of an advanced Security Operations Center (SOC) capacity. The SOC will support BAC's cybersecurity operations through continuous monitoring, threat detection and analysis, incident response and integration of threat intelligence. Additionally, it aims to continuously improve detection and automation capabilities, as well as knowledge sharing with internal teams. The solution must be scalable and cost-efficient, integrated with existing systems (such as ServiceNow), and must provide sufficient transparency and flexibility to further expand the monitoring capacity in the future. Mandatory options: Customised threat intelligence services tailored to BAC's cybersecurity needs, which will be included as a mandatory optional service and the annual price of which will also be taken into account in the financial award criteria.
