The central kitchen of the Maison de Repos d’Ecaussinnes is responsible for the preparation and distribution of meals to residents (in rooms or at the residence's restaurant), visitors, and occasionally to the staff of the nursing home and beneficiaries of home-delivered meals, as well as for certain events organised by the C.P.A.S., in the strictest respect of the standards detailed in the technical clauses. The contracting authority intends to purchase the foodstuffs necessary for the preparation of daily meals for the 60 residents, as well as a "catering" solution for home-delivered meals (regenerated meals, ready to eat in bulk). The contracting authority will be responsible for portioning the home-delivered meals. The successful tenderer will propose services to effectively and concretely assist the contracting authority's kitchen at all stages of its catering activities. The purchase price of the foodstuffs will also include the services of kitchen supervision and the provision of the software for managing the production of meals and orders.
