The subject of the contract is: the collection of municipal waste from property owners in the city of Krosno from 2 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. In the Municipality of the City of Krosno, the municipal waste management system includes properties inhabited in single-family housing, multi-family housing, the Old Town Complex, and Staszica Street. The contractor collecting municipal waste is obliged to comply with the applicable legal provisions, in particular: the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship for the years 2020 – 2026 with a perspective until 2032, being Annex No. 1 to Resolution No. XXXVI/584/21 of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Sejmik of 26 April 2021, the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906), Resolution No. VIII/219/24 of the City Council of Krosno of 29 November 2024 on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of the City of Krosno (Journal of Laws of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship of 2024, item 5591) and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906) along with other legal provisions. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected from the inhabited areas of the city of Krosno: - approximately 5,600 Mg annually - unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, - approximately 530 Mg annually - bio-waste excluding plant parts from the maintenance of green areas and gardens also called „bio-waste”, - approximately 340 Mg annually - bio-waste consisting of plant parts from the maintenance of green areas and gardens, - approximately 2,400 Mg annually - segregated municipal waste, - approximately 8 Mg annually - ashes from households - collection as part of an action. The above numerical data are estimates and may change during the implementation of the contract. The estimated number of properties covered by the municipal waste management system is approximately 6,996, including single-family properties approximately 6,734 and multi-family properties approximately 262. The number of inhabitants covered by the municipal waste management system in the city of Krosno, resulting from the submitted declarations on the amount of the fee for municipal waste management submitted by the owners of the properties on which the inhabitants reside, is approximately 37,183. The subject of the contract includes: 1) collection, 2) equipping property owners residing in the City of Krosno with containers for unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, 3) equipping with containers for selective collection of municipal waste, 4) servicing the Contracting Authority's own containers, 5) washing and disinfecting containers, 6) replacing containers, 7) equipping with bags for selective collection of waste and with bags intended for collecting unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, 8) equipping with bags for the collection of ash and bio-waste consisting of plant parts from the maintenance of green areas and gardens; The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Annex OPZ attached to the SWZ.
