Procurement of low- and medium-voltage overhead line fittings for the existing and future infrastructure of MVM Émász Áramhálózati Kft. at point BT-24 and as detailed in the procurement documents. To ensure the procurement subject is clearly and publicly defined, pursuant to section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), the Purchaser may refer to a specific brand, origin, type of item, process, activity, person, or patent/trademark in the invitation to tender and the procurement documents. In all such cases, the reference is made solely to clearly define the nature of the subject, and a bid can be submitted for a product that is equivalent to the specified product, as defined in the invitation to tender or the detailed technical parameters for the given product. The technical content will be evaluated for equivalence by the Purchaser, who will make a decision based on all the data provided by the bidder. Therefore, the bidder is obligated to prove in the bid that the offered product is equivalent to the product specified by the Purchaser. Any rejection will be justified by the Purchaser. The Purchaser may also receive bids for a product with more favorable characteristics than those specified.
