Poland – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – Dowóz dzieci niepełnosprawnych do i z jednostek oświatowych na terenie Gminy Miejskiej Kraków w 2027 roku

The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services to educational units (hereinafter referred to as "units") located in Districts I-XVIII of the City of Kraków or outside the boundaries of the City of Kraków, and the return transport to the place of residence of approximately 930 disabled children (including approximately 130 children in wheelchairs) from the area of the Municipal Gmina Kraków by technically sound transport means adapted for passenger transport (including vehicles adapted for the transport of disabled persons in wheelchairs) together with ensuring them care during transport. *An educational unit means a unit listed in art. 2 points 1 – 8 of the Act of 14 December 2016 – Education Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 737 as amended) with the exception of units implementing lifelong learning in the sense of art. 4 point 30 of the same act.
