The Medizinisches Zentrum für Gesundheit Bad Lippspringe GmbH (MZG Westfalen) plans to carry out energy renovation as well as further construction measures at the Martinusquelle facility with thermal swimming pool and sports hall. Essential parts of the energy renovation project are already in the planning stage as part of funded measures (EFRE). Further construction measures are now to follow. This affects conversions in various building sections (e.g. conversion of therapy areas, offices, roof renovation) as well as the redesign of the main entrance. The Martinusquelle facility will remain fully operational throughout the renovation phase, and all patients will continue to be on site. The renovation will be carried out in sections. The building sections affected by the renovation will be emptied as part of the project implementation and can then be renovated in one go. The subject of the services requested here are planning services for heating, ventilation, and sanitation (basic services of the HOAI, performance phases 1-8, §53 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15): - Sewage, water and gas systems, - Heat supply systems, - Air conditioning systems, - Building automation. Some of the measures are already in different planning phases. Therefore, not all performance phases are part of the requested services. The following performance phases are the subject of the contract to be awarded: - Reconstruction/new construction of the main entrance: performance phases 1 to 8, - Further conversion areas: performance phases 4 to 8. Some of the ongoing measures are partially funded (EFRE). Strict separation of funded and non-funded measures must be ensured, particularly in the case of measurement and billing.
