The subject of the public contract is the implementation of building modifications to the Spa House Sadový Pramen in Karlovy Vary, specifically for the following building objects: SO 01 (balneological and hydrotherapy facilities modifications), SO 02 (construction of a wellness centre), SO 03 (cooling and accumulation of thermomineral water), SO 04 (measurement and regulation) and SO 05 (water saturator and reduction station).
