The framework agreement covers operational measures, remedial maintenance and minor planned maintenance work for Specialfastigheter's property portfolio in the Öst property area. Tasks can be ordered both as individual service, repair and maintenance jobs or as complete contracts with a larger scope of work. The work covered by this framework agreement includes tasks in the following areas of expertise: • Building (e.g. carpentry, flooring, tiling, metalwork, painting, roofing, fittings, fencing) • Outdoor (e.g. landscaping, fencing, drainage) • Building automation (control & regulation) Specialfastigheter orders approximately 700 tasks per year in the Öst property area. Around 90% of the tasks fall within the cost range of 1 000 – 50 000 kr.
