Slovakia – Catering services for other enterprises or other institutions – Zabezpečenie stravy pre pacientov a zamestnancov

The subject of the contract is the provision of daily meals for patients and employees of the contracting authority. The contract consists of: • providing catering for employees, • providing catering for patients, • providing catering services, which includes: o preparation of meals by the supplier outside the premises of the contracting authority, o delivery (transport) of meals to the place of meal issue, o issue of meals to employees of the contracting authority for the purpose of consumption or distribution to patients of the contracting authority. The contracting authority simultaneously transfers non-residential premises specified in Article 6 of Annex No. 1 of these tender documents, to the supplier of meals as the tenant, for the purpose of operating a buffet, outside the time of meal issue to employees of the contracting authority.
