Sweden – Multi-dwelling buildings construction work – Valla Norra nybyggnation

The contract concerns a turnkey construction of a multi-family residential building on the property Borlången. The property is located within the first phase of the Årstafältet development. Several construction actors, together with Stockholm stad, will develop new residential areas. The contracting authority plans to build a multi-family residential building on this area. The residential building will be constructed with an underground garage, two stairwells with five and eight floors respectively, and a total of 58 apartments.
