Finland – Medical equipments, pharmaceuticals and personal care products – DPS Suun terveydenhuollon tarveaineet, tarvikkeet ja instrumentit

The Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (Pohde) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to procure the goods described in this invitation to tender and its annexes for the needs of Pohde and its YTA area. The YTA area includes the Lapin hyvinvointialue (Lapha), Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (Soite) and Kainuun hyvinvointialue. The contracting entity will tender the procurements through separate internal competitions within the DPS, to which suppliers accepted into the system may participate. The contracting entity will accept into the system all candidates who have submitted an application for participation and meet the suitability requirements set for candidates. The procurement procedure of the DPS is described in more detail in the annex to the invitation to tender "DPS Procurement Procedure Description". The subject of the procurement are the supplies, equipment and instruments needed in dental healthcare. Within the dynamic purchasing system, the following product groups will be procured as appropriate sets: Basic Dental Care Supplies and Materials, for example, filling materials, matrices, root canal treatment supplies, prophylaxis, single-use products, disinfectants and cleaning agents, diagnostic supplies, saliva test strips, dental floss, toothpicks, dental cotton rolls and other possible products belonging to this product group. Instruments, for example, mirrors and mirror handles, probes, testers, intraoral measuring instruments, curettes, dental scalers, excavators, drills, handpieces and contra-angles, orthodontic instruments, surgical instruments, dental forceps, gauze, punches, spatulas and other possible products belonging to this product group. Prosthetics, for example, impression materials, impression trays, cementing agents, crown and bridge materials, base materials, laboratory supplies, CAD/CAM materials, occlusal registration materials and foils, impression adhesives, retraction cords, hemostatic gels and other possible products belonging to this product group. Orthodontics, for example, brackets, archwires, rings, coils, elastomers, ligatures, orthodontic appliances, bonding materials, orthodontic cleaning products and other possible products belonging to this product group. Implants and Bone Grafts, for example, dental implants, healing caps, cover screws, abutments, instruments and kits specific to implant systems, surgical drills and guides for implant placement, bone grafts, resorbable and non-resorbable membranes, growth factors, regenerative products, surgical specialty products and other possible products belonging to this product group. Other and New Products, for example, all such products, supplies and instruments that were not considered at the establishment phase or that come to market during the contract periods. This also includes, for example, new innovations, pilots, individual specialty products and products required by new treatment methods. The contracting entity has the right to procure equipment outside the dynamic purchasing system if necessary, for example, through separate competitions, direct procurements or based on existing agreements, within the framework of the procurement law. The dynamic purchasing system is valid until 3.5.2034, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. The use of electronic auction in internal competitions is possible.
