Within the scope of the expansion and conversion of the Breitenbach Nursing Home, the existing electrical systems will be adapted to the new structural and operational requirements and supplemented with new installations. The present tender comprises the electrical installation works required for the construction project in the affected new construction, renovation, and connection areas. This includes, in particular, the low and high voltage installations, conduit and routing work, distribution, lighting installations, and all necessary connection, adaptation, and supplementary work on the existing systems. The works will be carried out partly in the existing structure and during ongoing operations of the nursing home. Accordingly, careful preparation, close coordination with the construction management and other specialist planners, and the maintenance of ongoing operations are of particular importance. Existing installations must be inspected on-site before work begins. Any necessary switchovers, shutdowns, and interventions in existing systems must be coordinated in advance with the construction management and the operator. All works must be carried out professionally and in accordance with the currently valid legal regulations, standards, guidelines, and recognized technical rules.
