France – Horticultural and nursery products – Achat de végétaux et fournitures diverses pour le service EPU

This consultation concerns the award of a supply contract for: Supply of plants, trees, seeds, soil, fertiliser and other products for the Urban Public Spaces (EPU) service. This is a framework agreement in accordance with Articles R 2162-2 to R 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, multi-contractor except for Lot 3, which is single-contractor. Maximum number of contractors for each lot: 3, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders.
