Enedis is seeking a new location in the municipalities of ISTRES, PORT DE BOUC, FOS SUR MER, Department (13) for an operational base and its technical activities. Enedis is therefore looking for a building for tertiary and technical use as part of a VEFA (Vente en l'état futur d'achèvement) to meet its specific needs (which are specified in the present document), as well as the latest environmental and technical standards. Easy and quick access to the departmental road D5 or the National road N569 with access in both directions and able to accommodate heavy goods vehicles > 18T. The geographical area of search concerns the municipalities of: ISTRES located in the department of Bouches du Rhône (13). PORT DE BOUC (13) FOS SUR MER (13) — A mixed-use building (storage and tertiary) with an outdoor storage area as part of a VEFA to meet its specific needs, which will be specified in the forthcoming consultation documents. Work to adapt the premises for the account of Enedis will be carried out, in accordance with the forthcoming consultation documents, and before the delivery date of the buildings, which constitutes the date of taking effect of the VEFA.
