The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services for children and students, both able-bodied and disabled, pursuant to art. 32, para. 5 and 6, and art. 39, para. 3 and 4 of the Education Law of 14 December 2016 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1043 as amended), i.e. on the route: home - school - home, under the supervision of an adult. The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 parts (tasks): Task 1 – Route 1, Task 2 – Route 2, Task 3 – Route 3, Task 4 – Route 4. The contracting authority foresees the possibility of submitting partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for each part of the contract, i.e. submit an offer for one or more parts of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
