The subject of the contract is the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DNS). The purpose of the DNS is to enable the contracting authority to place orders flexibly in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, based on its actual needs, i.e. at a time and to an extent that is known to it. The DNS will be used for placing orders relating to commonly available building plumbing, drainage, heating, electrical installation and electrical assembly works on the market, within which the implementation of individual works will take place for a maximum duration of 4 years (48 months). This DNS is established for the needs of the contracting authority and only the contracting authority will place orders in it. The DNS is divided into separate categories: 1. Building Works Category, 2. Craft Building Works Category, 3. Plumbing and Drainage Works, Central Heating Works Category, 4. Electrical Installation Works Category, 5. Cremation Furnace Works Category, 6. Restoration Works Category.
