Croatia – Patient-transport vehicles – Nabava vozila za izvanbolničku hitnu medicinu "tip B"

The subject of the public procurement is the procurement of a vehicle for the needs of the Institute for Emergency Medicine of the Split-Dalmatia County, in accordance with the technical specifications and other required conditions specified in this Procurement Documentation. - Procurement of a vehicle for out-of-hospital emergency medicine "type B", 10 units, with built-in medical equipment in accordance with the Technical Specification of the subject of procurement. - The bidder is obliged to offer the purchaser exclusively new and unused vehicles, produced in 2026 or not older than one year from the start of the public procurement procedure. - The subject of procurement must be in accordance with the standard HRN EN 1789:2024 ("type B") or successors of the specified standard or an equivalent standard. - The bidder must submit with the vehicles all the documentation necessary for the vehicle registration process. The documentation is submitted upon signing the acceptance certificate at the address of the Institute for Emergency Medicine of the Split-Dalmatia County. - The selected bidder is obliged to enable the purchaser continuous insight into the progress of the manufacture and medical upgrading of the vehicles at key production phases. The manner of conducting the inspection depends on the location where the manufacture and upgrading are carried out: If the place of manufacture and upgrading is located in the Republic of Croatia: The contractor is obliged to enable the purchaser a physical visit and inspection of the works at the production site itself (field control). The contractor is obliged to notify the purchaser in writing by electronic mail (e-mail) no later than three (3) working days before the planned completion of that phase, so that the purchaser can organise their arrival and carry out the inspection at the site before moving to the next phase. If the place of manufacture and upgrading is located outside the Republic of Croatia (abroad): The contractor is obliged to deliver to the purchaser a detailed report on the progress in writing by electronic mail (e-mail) and notify the purchaser of the completion of each phase no later than three (3) working days from the completion of each of the specified phases. Each report must contain at least five (5) clear high-resolution photographs from which the progress and compliance of the works with the technical specifications from this Procurement Documentation are unambiguously visible. The key production phases for which the inspection (physical inspection or report with photographs) is carried out are: Phase I. – installations and carriers before closing with the bodywork Phase II. – after painting and floor production and installation of the bodywork; arrangement in the patient compartment (equipment carriers, cabinets, stretchers, seats…). If the purchaser, during the physical inspection or based on the received photographs, establishes a deviation from the Technical Specifications, the contractor is obliged to eliminate the defects at their own expense within five (5) working days and enable a re-inspection, or provide new evidence (photographs) of the correction. Place of delivery of goods: The place of delivery of the vehicles is the seat of the purchaser at the address Institute for Emergency Medicine of the Split-Dalmatia County, Spinčićeva 1, 21 000 Split. Deadline for the start or end of delivery of goods or the duration of the contract. The deadline for the delivery of the vehicles is an essential element of the Procurement Contract. The vehicles must be delivered in full no later than 01 December 2026. Upon delivery of the vehicles, the purchaser and the selected bidder will draw up an Acceptance Certificate.
