Poland – Control, safety or signalling equipment for roads – RDW w Lublinie z/s w Bychawie: Dostawa urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego (balustrady dla pieszych U-11a i ogrodzenia segmentowe U-12a) wraz z instalacją

The subject of the contract is: RDW in Lublin with/s in Bychawa: Supply of road safety equipment (pedestrian barriers U-11a and segmental fencing U-12a) with installation.

The contract includes:

1) Dismantling of existing pedestrian barriers type U-11a (in yellow) located on the provincial road no. 834 in Strzyżewice on the section from km 18+812 to km 18+957 – left side and from km 18+975 to km 19+025 – right side for a length of 129 m. Tasks to be performed:

- dismantling of existing pedestrian barriers type U-11a (in yellow) with a total length of 129 m

2) Installation of new lattice pedestrian barriers type U-11a (galvanised) on the provincial road no. 834 in Strzyżewice on the section from km 18+812 to km 18+957 – left side and from km 18+975 to km 19+025 – right side for a length of 135 m. Tasks to be performed:

- installation of new lattice pedestrian barriers type U-11a (galvanised); height above pavement level – 1.1 m with a total length of 135 m

3) Dismantling of existing segmental fencing type U-12a – anti-silt screens located on the provincial road no. 836 in Piaski, ul. Lubelska, on the sections:

- from km 27+853 to km 27+860 – left side

- from km 27+880 to km 27+903 – left side

- from km 27+920 to km 27+928 – left side

Tasks to be performed:

- dismantling of existing segmental fencing U-12a – anti-silt screens (in yellow) with a total length of 38 m

4) Installation of new segmental fencing U-12a – anti-silt screens on the provincial road no. 836 in Piaski, ul. Lubelska, on the sections: from km 27+854 to km 27+860 – left side, from km 27+880 to km 27+902 – left side and from km 27+920 to km 27+928 – left side. Tasks to be performed:

- installation of segmental fencing type U-12a – anti-silt screens (in yellow) with a total length of 37 m

2. The subject pedestrian barriers U-11a and segmental fencing U-12a – anti-silt screens must be presented with a CE Certificate along with a declaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer.

3. Warranty – 36 months. The warranty covers the durability of the material and the durability of the installed fences (does not cover mechanical damage).

4. The contract must be executed in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract.

The contracting authority does not envisage dividing the contract into lots.

The contract execution deadline - 30 days from the date of signing the contract.

In accordance with art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter "GDPR", I inform you that:

The contracting authority, in accordance with art. 139 para. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement, first conducts an examination and evaluation of offers, and then qualifies the contractor whose offer was highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.

The contracting authority, in accordance with art. 455 para. 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law, envisages the possibility of making changes to the contract specified in detail in the contract project.

The contracting authority does not require the submission of a tender.

The contracting authority does not require the submission of a guarantee of proper performance of the contract.
