The contract concerns the study and implementation of a 1 338 m² (usable floor area) multi-service facility in the immediate vicinity of the village centre and the school facilities, which includes: - France Services; - The premises of the sociocultural centre la Partageraie; - A 15-place crèche; - Office premises with public reception, type social centre, delivered finished, intended for a third-party purchaser; - Shared support premises between the different entities.
