France – Parts for warships – Approvisionnement de plots et bagues spécifiques de marque Paulstra au profit de la Marine nationale

This is a single-supplier framework agreement which includes:

☒ one or more optional lots in accordance with Articles R. 2313-2, R. 2391-8 to R. 2391-10 of the Public Procurement Code, as detailed in the tender documents;

☒ a call-off component in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code;

☒ a supply order component to cover any potential technical issues in accordance with Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code.
