Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Kartuzy w roku 2027

1) The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 – „Act on Forests”) covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and felling, nature conservation, seed production and selection of secondary forest use, tourist development, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities and the implementation of ongoing activities in the field of forest education to be carried out in the area of the Kartuzy Forest District in 2026. 2) The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the PZP, within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the main contract. The contracts will involve the repetition of services consistent with the services that are the subject of this contract and similar services in terms of the technological aspect of their execution. The scope of the services that will be the subject of the contracts will include works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and felling, nature conservation, seed production and selection of secondary forest use, tourist development, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities and the implementation of ongoing activities in the field of forest education covering the activities indicated by type in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which result from forest management plans applicable in the administrative area of the Kartuzy Forest District or which, in connection with ensuring proper forest management, have become necessary to carry out as a result of or in connection with natural or climatic events, or a Detailed description of the standard of technology for the execution of works included in the contracts is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The scope of the services that will be the subject of the contracts will not exceed 75% of the value of this contract. The contracts will be awarded following a separate public procurement procedure in the form of a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice. The contracts will be awarded in the event of a need to increase the scope of the services that are the subject of the contract as a result of natural or atmospheric conditions, changes in the timber sales market or the assignment of new economic or public tasks to the Contracting Authority, as well as in the event of an inability to select forest service providers for objective reasons within the basic procurement procedures, in order to ensure the necessary execution of works and in the event of assigning a contractor to carry out substitute works in relation to works carried out by another contractor, or in the event of a need to carry out additional breeding measures, completion of started cutting items or in connection with the need to ensure an appropriate pool of timber in connection with contractual obligations. The place of implementation of the contracts will be the administrative area of the Kartuzy Forest District.
