This public contract, consisting of a single lot, takes the form of a framework agreement with order forms. The description of the services is detailed in the special technical clauses document (CCTP). The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices fixed in the price schedule to the quantities actually carried out. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the totality of the renewal periods. The framework agreement will be concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification of the contract (the date indicated in this notice is given as an indication), renewable three times by successive annual periods. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years. It will be concluded without a minimum amount and for a maximum order amount set annually at 150 000 euro excl. VAT. As an indication, the estimated amount of the services is 75 000 euro excl. VAT per year.
