The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services on the area of activity of the Jurajski Związek Powiatowo-Gminny “Komunikacja Jurajska”. 2. The scope of the contract includes the provision of regular passenger transport services on the following lines, which are part of the transport network organised by the Jurajski Związek Powiatowo-Gminny “Komunikacja Jurajska”: 1) 113 Nierada - Korwinów 2) 114 Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy – Nierada 3) 153 Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego – Zawodzie 4) 168 Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego – Nierada 3. The subject of the contract shall be implemented on the basis of the assumptions specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 10 to SWZ) and on the principles and conditions specified in the template contract, including the projected provisions of the contract regarding the public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of this contract (Annex No. 11 to SWZ). All requirements specified in the above-mentioned documents are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the conditions of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp.
