The subject of the procurement is the services of the electrical maintenance and electrical equipment usage manager required by VR Group Ltd (hereinafter "VR") for its real estate and electrical systems. The procurement is divided into two sub-areas, and a candidate may submit a participation application for one or both of them. The contract period for the procurement is three (3) years from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 for each sub-area, in addition to which the contract in each sub-area may be extended to remain in force. The preliminary content of the procurement is described in the preliminary procurement subject description attached to the participation request. Documents relating to the procurement and their content will be supplemented during the procurement process, and the final procurement subject and requirements will be presented in the final tender request. The procurement contract may also be utilised in VR's currently valid subsidiary and associated companies. During the procurement process, VR's subsidiary companies or real estate may join the procurement, or VR's subsidiary companies or real estate may leave it. The above matter will be clarified as the procurement process progresses.
