The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning agents along with the rental of dispensers for the needs of SGGW units. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annexes 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 to SWZ. The contracting authority requires that the contractor has a service for recycling used paper towels, which allows companies to collect paper towels and transfer them for reprocessing into new paper products. The system helps to reduce the amount of municipal waste and decrease the CO2 footprint associated with the traditional disposal of hygiene waste. The schedule for the collection of used paper towels will be provided after signing the contract. The collection of waste will take place no more than once a month. Other information about the subject of the contract: The contracting authority is entitled to unilaterally reduce the subject of the contract in terms of quantity or value during the validity of the contract, provided that the total value of the reduction does not exceed 25% of the total value of the contract specified in the contract. The contracting authority makes a division of the contract into parts. PART I – SUCCESSIVE DELIVERIES OF PAPER TOWELS CPV: 337630000-6. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of paper towels for the needs of SGGW units. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 3.1 to this SWZ. PART II – SUCCESSIVE DELIVERIES OF TOILET PAPER CPV: 33761000-2. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of toilet paper for the needs of SGGW units. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 3.2 to this SWZ. PART III – SUCCESSIVE DELIVERIES OF CLEANING AND DISINFECTANT AGENTS CPV: 39831240-0. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of cleaning preparations for the needs of SGGW units. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 3.3 to this SWZ. 2. Information about the number of parts of the contract, to which the contractor may submit an offer or the maximum number of parts, to which the contract may be awarded to the same contractor: Offers can be submitted in relation to: - one part of the contract, several parts of the contract, all parts of the contract. The contracting authority does not limit the number of parts to which the contractor may submit an offer. The contractor is bound by the offer from the date of expiry of the submission of offers until 20/11/2026. The offer should be prepared in Polish. The contractor prepares the offer using the interactive "Offer Form" made available by the contracting authority on the e-Ordering Platform and placed in the procedure preview in the "Basic Information" tab. The offer must include: the interactive offer form completed on the e-ordering platform. The form must be submitted in electronic form signed with a qualified electronic signature of a person authorized to represent the contractors. The price form (Annex 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 to SWZ) The form must be submitted in electronic form signed with a qualified electronic signature of a person authorized to represent the contractors. JEDZ and declaration according to Annex 6 to SWZ and Annex 7 to SWZ (as mentioned in Section XI point 4 SWZ – if applicable) in electronic form signed with a qualified electronic signature: in the case of referring to the resources of a third party, Annex 7 must be signed with a qualified electronic signature by the third party in accordance with the form of representation specified in the appropriate registration document for the organizational form or another document of the third party, documents specified in Section V point 1 SWZ – subject evidence, in the form indicated in paragraph 11. The contracting authority requires that the contractor submits with the offer the following, subject evidence: 2. In the scope of Part I, Part II and Part III - catalog cards or prints from the producer's websites or other documents/declarations of the producer or his authorized representative, or other equivalent documents or declarations containing detailed technical descriptions of the subject of the offer, prepared in Polish or English, and in the case of documents prepared in another foreign language, the contracting authority requires submission of their translation into Polish. The documents must confirm the requirements described in Annex 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 in the column Technical Parameters and in the column Required by the Contracting Authority (Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract) to SWZ. In Annex 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3, the calculation of the offer price must include the name of the producer, catalog numbers, type, model of all offered products – if the products have catalog numbers or other markings allowing their identification. The contractor is obliged to submit subject evidence together with the offer. The contracting authority accepts equivalent subject evidence if they confirm that the offered services meet the requirements, features or criteria specified by the contracting authority. The contracting authority provides for the supplementation of subject evidence. If the contractor does not submit subject evidence or the submitted subject evidence is incomplete, the contracting authority calls for their submission.
