The subject of the procurement is a contract for a content planning tool as Software as a Service (SaaS) for use within the DB Group and further related IT services. With a uniform tool for content planning, the using organizational units will be enabled to visualize, plan, control and coordinate their communicative or editorial topics and content. Through the shareability of content between individual units, networked, integrated working across organizational units and business areas is enabled. The focus is on all content that is provided within the framework of press work, internal communication and external communication and marketing measures for the relevant target groups (e.g. press releases, press appointments, websites, social media posts, internal communication measures, podcasts etc.).
