The University of Geneva wishes to implement an integrated software platform to manage all functions related to its real estate assets in a unified manner: asset register, space management, equipment maintenance, services to occupants and energy management. The aim is to have a structuring tool to support the evolution of the campus (~70 buildings, ~220,000 m², 8 sites), optimize the use of resources and promote environmental sustainability. The present tender comprises two lots conducted simultaneously.
