1 new (unused) high-performance printing machine for lease and full operation, including the following tasks:

- Delivery of the equipment to the performance site and removal upon contract termination, or at the end of its useful life, or when it becomes irreparable;

- Installation of the equipment on site;

- Training in the use of the machine for 5 persons for a duration of 8 hours;

- Provision of a Hungarian-language operating and maintenance manual;

- Operational tasks:

- Proper and timely execution and organization of maintenance and repair work carried out during regular working hours on working days;

- Commencement of repair work within 8 hours from the receipt of notification;

- Provision of a backup machine if the equipment's fault cannot be resolved within 5 working days from the notification;

- Maintenance according to the mandatory maintenance plan prescribed by the equipment manufacturer, but at least 1 maintenance per month, as well as the performance of those pre-planned operations that can prevent or mitigate premature failures and operational disruptions of the equipment and create favorable operating conditions for it;

- Provision of ink material for copying/printing according to consumption, with two ink toners continuously available per machine;

- Replacement of consumable parts and other spare parts as needed;

- Performance of preventive maintenance according to factory specifications;

- Movement and transportation of the equipment in case of faults that cannot be repaired on site;

- Provision of online remote monitoring;

- Waste disposal without charge (e.g. packaging, empty ink cartridges) – excluding paper and foil;

- Full Hungarian-language administration and communication throughout the duration of the contractual relationship.

The invitation to tender is for a high-performance printing machine suitable for high-speed (minimum print per minute: 250 for A4 size), high-volume printing tasks, with industrial capacity (monthly load capacity minimum 3,000,000 pages/month for A4 size) digital printing machine. The detailed task description is contained in the draft contract and technical description. The printing machine must meet the requirements defined in the technical description.
