The district town of Erding intends to build a new parking garage, with commercial spaces on the roof and additional spaces on the ground floor. The site at Lebzelterstraße has a built-up area of over 3,000m² across 3 to 5 floors. The construction site is located near the Sempt. As commercial spaces, a fitness studio or similar is currently planned as part of the top floor. The remaining space on the same level is to be planned as a sports area in the form of an all-weather pitch. A separate, barrier-free access for the commercial spaces and sports areas on the top floor is to be provided. On the ground floor, spaces for additional uses are planned, which are not yet further defined. Bicycle parking is to be provided in the parking garage only to a limited extent. The construction method of the parking garage has not yet been determined. Since the parking garage will border a future residential area, sound insulation requirements for the facade must be observed. In addition, a facade greening, a retention roof with extensive greening, and a photovoltaic system are desired. The location of the access to the parking garage is fixed and results from the draft building development plan. The nature conservation requirements for tree felling on the construction site will be prepared and obtained by third parties in advance. The measure is expected to be funded with various state subsidies.
