The construction project involves the renovation and modernisation of the existing multi-family houses. The buildings date back to 1973 and comprise a total of approximately 180 residential units with a total living space of approximately 10,967 m². The housing stock is predominantly rented; a partial renovation took place in 1994. Further vacant property refurbishments (without facade renovations) have been taking place since 2025 and are to be considered within the interface clarifications. The advertised services include the renewal of the electrical installations in two multi-family houses with a total of approximately 180 apartments. The work will be carried out predominantly in the occupied stock. Grant subject to BEG EM, suspensive condition The advertised services are the subject of an applied-for grant under BEG EM. The contract will be awarded; the delivery and performance obligations are subject to the suspensive condition of the grant approval. They only become effective and to the extent that the applied-for grant is approved by the competent grant authority. The contracting authority will inform the contractor of the occurrence of the condition immediately in text form. Until then, there are no performance, procurement, holding or other cost-causing obligations of the contractor. If the grant is rejected or the condition does not occur by 01.03.2027, the obligation to carry out the affected services will lapse. Execution deadlines only begin with the occurrence of the condition; further claims due to non-occurrence are excluded.
