Germany – Electric buses – Beschaffung von 4 Elektrobussen für die Stadtbus Ingolstadt GmbH

The subject of the procurement is the delivery of four electric articulated buses. By buses with purely battery-electric drive, the contracting authority understands vehicles that draw their driving energy exclusively from traction batteries and are charged with electrical energy for operational use while stationary via a plug-in system. The contracting authority's operating concept provides for the use of vehicles that can achieve a range of at least 200 km on a single charge over their entire service life (at least 10 years). It is noted that all communication regarding the project process will be in German language and writing. This means that the applications to participate and the tenders, as well as all attachments, evidence, declarations, etc., must be written in German. The contracting authority explicitly refers to the provision of § 55 SektVO at the beginning of the participation competition and indicates that it intends to make use of the possibility of § 55 Abs. 1 SektVO, if appropriate tenders are received. The vehicles are to be delivered by 30.06.2028 at the latest. The contracting authority points out that the vehicles are publicly funded and that a delay in delivery threatens the loss of funding.
