Description

FairNetz GmbH plans to install a wastewater heat pump and a large thermal storage system as part of the project to decarbonise Reutlingen's district heating. To decouple heat generation and heat consumption over time, a large thermal storage system with a storage volume of approximately 5,000 m³ will be installed as an additional measure. This will enable the generating plants (heat pump and CHP units) to operate in a manner that is as electricity-optimised and market price signal-oriented as possible. The plant technology for transporting the treated wastewater from the West Wastewater Treatment Plant to the FairNetz GmbH site (mainly pumps and pipelines) will be housed in the transfer building. However, this plant technology is not part of this tender. The connection line between the site and the wastewater treatment plant, as well as the heat pump building and its plant technology, will be tendered separately. This tender covers only the planning (according to HOAI LPH 5 - 8) of the transfer building on the West Wastewater Treatment Plant, including its foundation (excavation and disposal of soil and foundations), as well as the connection to the existing wastewater treatment plant technology (construction of connection shafts, laying of the existing measuring station). The subject of the present tendering procedure are the services of the building design (building and interior design) according to § 34 HOAI and the specialist design (technical systems) according to § 55 HOAI (LPH 5 - 8) (basic services and certain special services).
