The Wien Energie GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the AG) intends to conclude a framework agreement in accordance with Section 208 of the Austrian Federal Procurement Act (BVergG) in its current version with a partner (hereinafter referred to as the AN) for the supply of spare parts for storage locations of Wien Energie GmbH in the Greater Vienna area.
