The objective of the tender is the procurement of a data processing system that uses various data from external system data sources (input data) of the DFRS data ecosystem to further process these into traffic warning messages (output data) and make them available in a data sink (National Access Point / Mobilithek) for further use. This system will be referred to hereinafter as the Level-3 System for Germany (L3DE System). The AG is to be able to assume the role of a Service Creator in accordance with the DFRS guidelines at the location in Germany through the L3DE System.
