This consultation concerns the operation of an on-demand transport service (TAD) for people with disabilities or reduced mobility (TPMR), called "Handistan", on the territory of the Métropole du Grand Nancy. It is noted that this consultation includes: - environmental considerations, translated into a scoring criterion (the details of which are given in the Consultation Regulations (RC)), as well as execution conditions (the details of which are given in the Special Administrative Clauses Document (CCAP)); - social considerations, translated into execution conditions (the details of which are given in the Special Administrative Clauses Document (CCAP)); - a clause relating to the takeover of personnel, the details of which are given in the Special Administrative Clauses Document (CCAP); - a clause relating to the respect for the principles of equality, secularism and neutrality, the details of which are given in the Special Administrative Clauses Document (CCAP), the contract having as its object the performance of a public service.
