The contract, which is the subject of the present consultation, aims to select three (3) Awarding Authorities for the creation of a Specialised Professional Fund (FPS) or the takeover of a General Investment Fund (FIVG) that must be transformed into a FPS (hereinafter the or the "Fund") and the management of these Funds according to a strategy known as absolute performance euro bonds. Each Awarding Authority that has received a Purchase Order will be tasked with creating or taking over a Fund with an absolute performance euro bonds strategy.
