France – Plumbing equipment – FOURNITURE D’ARTICLES DE PLOMBERIE SPECIFIQUES POUR LE MAINTIEN EN CONDITION OPERATIONNELLE DES MATERIELS DE SOUTIEN DE L’HOMME

This framework agreement results from an open tender, in accordance with Articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement aims to supply specific plumbing articles for the maintenance of human support equipment. It is single-supplier, with a minimum amount set at 120 000 € excl. VAT and a maximum amount set at 1 700 000 € excl. VAT. It will be executed by issuing purchase orders in accordance with Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
