The services relate to the development of a concrete platform with a rainwater recovery/treatment system and the installation of a perimeter fence, including overall earthworks. The services include, in particular, the following works:

- The completion of all preliminary engineering studies prior to the works.

- Levelling and earthworks;

- The creation of an underground network for collecting rainwater and firewater, including associated accessories (separator, valves, etc.)

- Clearing/deforestation of the site prior to works

- The construction of the foundations of the 2 chimneys

- The complete treatment of waste
