Description

The subject of the procedure and contract is the purchase of 8 units of hazardous liquid detectors, including delivery, installation, commissioning, performance of warranty service inspections throughout the warranty period, and training of the Contracting Authority's personnel at the following locations: a) District Court in Łódź at pl. Dąbrowskiego 5, b) District Court in Łódź at ul. Narutowicza 64, c) District Court in Brzeziny at ul. Waryńskiego 34, d) District Court in Brzeziny at ul. Waryńskiego 32, e) District Court in Łowiczu at ul. Kaliskiej 1/3, f) District Court in Rawa Mazowiecka at ul. Kościuszki 17, g) District Court in Rawa Mazowiecka at ul. Zamkowa Wola 31, h) District Court in Łęczyca at ul. M. Konopnickiej 16. The subject of the contract must be factory new, unused, non-refurbished, free from design, material, manufacturing, and legal defects, produced no earlier than 2025, and have a permanently affixed marking of the name, model, manufacturer, serial number, and year of production. The terms of contract performance are set out in the Contract Template constituting Annex 5.0. to SWZ. The device must have: All components of the offered device must have CE conformity certificates. The Contractor will offer the device in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority as specified in the SWZ and the tender documentation, and is obligated to complete the table with data identifying the offered device – DEVICE LIST, according to the template constituting Annex 2.0. to SWZ - Bid Form - indicating in particular the name of the manufacturer, the name of the device, the type/model, the year of production, and other relevant parameters for each of the device components constituting the subject of the contract, as well as their price. Additionally, as evidentiary means, the Contractor attaches: • a certificate regarding industrial and electromagnetic (EMC) safety. • a certificate regarding ECAC Standard 3 type B safety. • a document confirming compliance with health and safety requirements, confirming compliance with all safety requirements set out in the relevant Polish legal provisions and standards.
