CIVIS wishes to select, through this consultation, a service provider for the supply of fixed telephony solutions (post and pre RTC shutdown), site interconnection, Internet access and mobility. The objectives of the consultation are as follows:

- Adapt the proposed solutions to CIVIS's usage and their evolution:

- Supply of services meeting CIVIS's needs

- Importance of both technical and financial metrology

- Importance of the contractor's involvement and quality approach

- Importance of the evolvability of solutions throughout the life of the contract

- Control and optimise CIVIS's telecommunications expenditure
