The subject of the contract is the service of balancing and electricity turnover between the Points of Withdrawal of the members of the Energy Cluster – Gliwice, along with the service of selling the missing volume of energy from the market and purchasing the surpluses of electricity generated after balancing production and energy demand at the indicated Points of Withdrawal listed in the annex to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract for the period of the contract's validity.
