France – Coaches – Acquisition d'autocars à motorisation diesel et à gabarit réduit pour le transport interurbain de voyageurs destinés aux entités adjudicatrices Bénéficiaires de la CATP

The framework agreement concerns the acquisition of diesel-powered, reduced-height coaches for interurban passenger transport. The "Goods", within the framework of this agreement, refer to the new vehicles as specified in the Technical and Financial Specifications (TFS) of the framework agreement. They are intended for the beneficiaries of the CATP, in their capacity as contracting authorities as defined in Article L1212-3, 4° of the Public Procurement Code (PPC), in the context of their activities as network operators providing a public service in the field of passenger transport.
