Poland – Electricity – Kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2027 do 31.12.2028 (instalacje OZE)

The order has been divided into two parts: PART I - Complex supply of electricity, including the sale of energy, the provision of distribution services, commercial balancing and prosumer settlements in the net-billing system. PART II - Complex supply of electricity with prosumer net-metering settlement. The Purchaser allows the submission of partial offers. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts. The procedure is conducted by the Purchaser acting under the agreements concluded in accordance with Article 38 of the Pzp Act, on behalf and for the benefit of the entities participating in the respective parts of the order. The detailed list of entities covered by Part I and Part II is specified in Annexes 4a, 4b to the SWZ.
