The subject of the contract are the services commissioned by BGK, consisting of the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan for Renewable Energy Sources with a premium for enterprises (hereinafter: Single Loan/Loan) intended for the financing of projects/investments in the field of supporting renewable energy sources, implemented in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship by the Final Recipients. Details regarding the projects that may be financed are contained in the Financial Instrument Metric (hereinafter: Metric), which is an annex to the Draft Contract Terms (DCT).
