Poland – Credit granting services – „Zaciągnięcie przez Miasto i Gminę Nowa Dęba w 2026r. kredytu długoterminowego w wysokości 17 728 713,49 zł”

Contract title: “Loan of 17 728 713,49 PLN for the City and Municipality of Nowa Dęba in 2026.” The subject of the contract is the loan of 17 728 713,49 PLN (in words: seventeen million seven hundred twenty-eight thousand seven hundred and thirteen 49/100) for the year 2026, with a repayment period from 15 January 2027 to 15 December 2041. 2. Placing the loan at the disposal of the contracting authority: At any time, upon request of the contracting authority, with the following loan drawdown tranches assumed for the calculation of service costs: from 30 September 2026 to 30 December 2026, amount – 17 728 713,49 PLN; including: I tranche: by 30 September 2026, amount – 2 000 000,00 PLN (it is reserved that the loan may be drawn down at a different time or in a different amount due to the tender procedure), II tranche: by 30 October 2026, amount – 4 000 000,00 PLN; III tranche: by 30 November 2026, amount 4 000 000,00 PLN; IV tranche: by 30 December 2026, amount 7 728 713,49 PLN. 3. The contracting authority reserves the right not to utilise the loan in full or in part. 4. The loan amounts will be drawn down upon written request of the Municipality. 5. It is possible to draw down the loan tranches in different amounts and at different times than assumed above, but in 2026.**
