The subject of the Tender is the processing of the urban and architectural solution for a municipal residential block with an active ground floor in the locality of Nové Dvory (Praha 4), on plots of land with a total area of 10,197 m², parcels no. 1475, 1479, 1490, 1491, 1493, 1494, 1495, 1496, 1506, 1521/4, 1522, 1523, 1526 and 1993/2 in the cadastral area of Lhotka. The plots of land are owned by the City of Prague.
